I am Java developer and recently I decided to start a web 2.0 website and finally decided to Ruby on rails instead of Java ... and here is why ....

2. I was looking for a job in silicon valley( mostly interested in startups) and seems like 90% of the openings are for front end and out of these 90% , 1 out of every 7th job has some requirement for ruby on rails...
... so i decided to go for a wild ride with ruby on rails... will keep on posting my experiences...
